[Thorsby] Council voted to sign on to a master residential waste agreement with the other three members for the 39/20 Alliance.

Thorsby, along with Calmar, Warburg and Breton, will be entering into a single contract for waste pickup with Evergreen Ecological Services that, based on volume, is meant to reduce fees for each municipality.
